In this original Conceptual Photograph, over 1000 images were taken at an airshownorth of Palm Beach Fla. where the Air Force THUNDERBIRDS were performing. I brought my camera equipment as a challenge to capture the perfect shot to create a new piece of art. These magnificent jets literally blew us away with their sound, power and precision of their performance. Stormy clouds rolled in fast near the end of the show which I could not resist shooting as well. Later while reviewing the images, I was thrilled that I ‘got the shot’! The concept of creating a pattern with the THUNDERBIRDS against the dramatic kingdom of clouds in the background was immediate. This scene was built for the spectator to FEEL that they are in a jet in the kingdom of the sky. KASHA
