Join us on Thursday, December 19th, 2024, from 6 PM to 8 PM for a night of art and inspiration, featuring two extraordinary exhibitions and an artist lectures at 7 PM.

Baldridge’s AZUL!! Immerses viewers in the breathtaking landscapes of Florida’s Everglades, with stunning new works like River of Grass, Sunrise over the Glades, and Whispers of the Seminoles. Through her vibrant and evocative paintings, Baldridge highlights the urgent need to protect Florida’s unique ecosystems, from Lake Okeechobee to Florida Bay. Her art is a call to action, reminding us of the vital role biodiversity and water management play in sustaining life. Representatives from Friends of the Everglades will be present to share insights and inspire conservation efforts.

Berlin’s CROC WEEK!! Takes audiences on a journey through the wild, featuring large-scale paintings and works on paper inspired by his travels in Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Bali. Iconic pieces like Crocodile in the House and Elephant in the Room are paired with intimate studies created at the Siamese Crocodile Breeding Center and the Elephant Transit Home. Berlin’s work celebrates the resilience of Siamese crocodiles, once feared extinct, and explores the connections between humans and nature. Special guests in conservation will join the exhibition to share their work protecting endangered species.

Together these exhibitions offer an captivating fusion of art, storytelling, and environmental advocacy, inviting viewers to reflect on their role in preserving the natural world.
